ARW SUBSOLAR (NTW)
ARW Subsolar by notwoways - 2023
The notwoways ARW "Subsolar" is a knit-based iteration of a previous colourway loved by the loyal fans of the London-based brand. This project involved me bringing back the beige colourway onto a new recycled knit upper, while still honouring a cult classic.
In order to give an ode to a classic that so many adored, we had to make sure that fans were getting the same colourway that’s instantly recognisable from the M1 to a breathable, summer-ready silhouette in the ARW. This is included days full of back and forth to make sure the colours were picture perfect to the original, while still innovating with new materials and textiles to help give consumers something fresh and new.
